A General Entry Pass guarantees admission subject to venue capacity limits on the day. To ensure entry, please arrive early. Premium table bookings hold your table reservation for up to 30 minutes after your selected time slot, after which the table may be released.
The festival is open to all ages. However, the purchase and consumption of alcohol at our bars are strictly limited to individuals aged 18 or over. A valid Challenge 25 ID policy will be actively enforced, so please bring valid photographic identification.
While our vendors follow strict food safety guidelines, dishes inherently contain diverse spice blends, nuts, dairy, and gluten. Attendees must speak directly with individual food vendors regarding specific ingredient cross-contamination and allergies before purchasing any food.
All ticket sales, early bird entries, and Premium Table Bookings are strictly non-refundable. We operate a strict no-cancellation policy, and tickets cannot be exchanged or transferred.
By entering the event, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded. This media may be used for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes by the festival organisers and venue partners.
The festival is an all-weather event and will proceed in rain or shine. In the highly unlikely event of extreme weather conditions that threaten public safety, the organisers reserve the right to postpone or cancel the event in accordance with venue safety instructions.
The event operates a strict last entry policy at 8:00 pm. Arriving after this time will result in refusal of entry, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued for pre-purchased tickets or table bookings.
To ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, the following items are strictly prohibited inside the venue: outside food, drinks, or alcohol (except for baby food or essential medical requirements), and professional recording equipment or drones (without prior media accreditation).
